7 Criteria
[A lawyer: Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?]
What is written in the law? how readest thou?
[Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul,
and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as
thyself.]
Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one
tittle shall in no wise pass away from the law, till all things be
accomplished. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments,
and shall teach men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven: but
whosoever shall do and teach them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of
heaven. For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the
righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no wise enter into the
kingdom of heaven.

The lamp of thy body is thine eye: when thine eye is single, thy whole body
also is full of light; but when it is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.
Look therefore whether the light that is in thee be not darkness. If therefore
thy whole body be full of light, having no part dark, it shall be wholly full
of light, as when the lamp with its bright shining doth give thee light.
