Tend my sheep.
Simon, son of John, lovest thou me?
[Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee.]
Feed my sheep. Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou
girdest thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be
old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and
carry thee whither thou wouldest not.

[Peter, referring to John; Lord, and what shall this man do?]
If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou

Martha, Martha, thou art anxious and troubled about many things: but one thing
is needful: for Mary hath chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away

my feet: but she hath wetted my feet with her tears, and wiped them with her
hair. Thou gavest me no kiss: but she, since the time I came in, hath not
ceased to kiss my feet. My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but she hath

Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for today I must abide at thy house.
[He is gone in to lodge with a man that is a sinner.]

Today is salvation come to this house, forasmuch as he also is a son of
